Time flies very fast, so fast until even before I realized it, I had already finished year one stage A and going to stage B. Time flies, people changed, a certain someone had changed to the max; pattern, attitude everything changed. I was shocked and at a loss for word, sometimes I wondered, is it still the good friend that once I used to know???? well, it can't be help. I may changed also, just that I didn't realized it.
I got my GPA: 2.778. Better than average or just average. I hope fairprice will take it into consideration and grant me scholarship. Talk abt fairprice..........I got a new big fat mean bossy manager ( Haha I also big and fat and can be annoying sometimes, damn epic man, people mistook that I am his own son, they said we look alike, Haha, lame to the max. Never mind, so we gave him a nick name, Zaylinn's daddy, haaha). Before he come, we enjoyed working in the department but after he came everything went upside down. He love to stalk people, forcing his staff to work non stop. I really wish Pinky will be back to us. I love working under her. She understand us, gave us freedom, treating us like her own sons so it was really fun and enjoyable time working with her. If this new manger has a bit of Pinky's personality, I would love to work with him even working for a long time. Pinky has high concern for work and high concern for staff also, so she scored a full (9,9) based on marginal grid rule for leadership. While this new manager has high concern for work and low concern for his people (9,1), yeah. (wth, MOB haha, I still can remember it <3).Imagine my shock, when we were busy topping and clearing the pallets, he was out there helping the Bazaar dept instead of helping his own dept..Anyways, he got his own good point also, that is, he used soft tatic to approach staff and asking them to do things, which is unlikely from other managers. And he also good at controlling his temper, which i admired. Compared to other TLs and managers who always shouting, screaming and swearing around, he will be talking calmly which give him an advantage as a manager. I like him for his personality.Haha, Jian Hui, your personality rock!!!!
Daiko trainings were getting tougher and more physically tiring. But I gonna endure and face the challenge. After all, at Daiko, I feel like everyone is close to one another, helping, encouraging and supporting one another. Training are challenging, but no problem, as long as my friends are there. (thanks SP Daiko Xiao Ren Family =D) Of course, at the end of the day, we would ended up with some stiff muscle, jelly leg, body ache and blister. But its fun, I love it, love the feeling, especially the 'shiok-ness' when I sit down after the practices.
SP-CYA, yeah, love to serve passengers, and a smile would make a lot of difference :) and hearing their 'thank you' and appreciations after helping them. its sent a feeling; a mixture of happiness and being appreciated, down my spine. Gotta know more about the airport!!!! Haha, our days seniors are friendly and helpful. Friends sharing their experience after the duty was fun and enjoyable.
Yeah, holidays are going to end soon, can't wait to see my friends. And I gotta start planning and organizing activity for our 4E8's chalet in coming December. Gotta start choosing and calling ex-classmates to help organize this chalet. Zenda, Gilbert, Hairizard, Eugene, Deena, Amirah, Hilary and Me, of course. If I don start planning soon, Zenda will start nagging liao, haha...
